without certain individuals such as De'vo,Jerry and even the Buck twins,cardistry would barely exist. These pioneers changed the way on how people shuffle cards. Who or what influenced you into cardistry?Share your favourites here.

well,
the thing that influenced me into cardistry is when my friend showed me the Black Deck promotional video by De'vo and the ghost deck review video from ellusionist..

It really impressed me and i took my friend's Ghost deck and started off there....

when i first into this subject ,ppl who were influencing me are devo,dan n dave ,brian tudor (dont laugh) ,penguin forumer peeps (like jordan lapping,georgie,etc)...

now alot of them, even some local ppl here;
dan n dave brunei (twins)---> master adib n magicdude 09

the person who is really responsible who got me into cardsitry is David Blaine. i remembered sitting in front of the tv trying to figure out his tricks then i came across the swing cut

"lawa jua ah~" watched the move over and over again and that's when my obsession grew.

i then went to an internet cafe with my deck,finding videos from metacafe....then i searched on youtube and discovered loads of free and damn nice tutorials but i was not yet inspired by anyone but by random hands by then.

not long after that,i found out the famous de'vo and started to get influenced by him big time.still a personal favourite of mine besides bone ho and the buck twins.

there on i got my inspirations from so many people such as local people,Kyo and Ajek....singaporeans particularly Ling Nemesis,The Virts and Jaspas.

i was impress by Ling, i mean she's the first girl doing this stuffs...
then lady dragon fly from the handlordz.

i didnt expect jaspas to be tht good for the first time until i saw his videos, I added him on friendster last few years back. thought he was just an ordinary peep playing around with cards.

oh yeah i forgot to mention the actual guy who sparked the fire of flourish into me was brad christian, he did some charlier cut n spread n i was like wow.
when i did the charlier cut to my frend,they were like (pro lah~!)

but nowdays....(apakan tu? buring)

i remembered fanning in front of an elderly and closing the fan...

"bisai jua ko menyusun daun atu....cua ko buat lagi "and i was....koff......kambang ku...HAHA jk:P

i started with card trick actually ..learn some basic flourish like charlie fan etc from the net .before my fren gave me TRILOGY

Haha. For me, Huron Low is the major influences that affects my style of flourishing. Not to forget Daniel Madison. Caranya plorish sambil menari2 atu captures my attention. Ling is also the main inspirationist which really sparks me into creating my own moves. A lot to mention here but to keep it short, Kev Ho, Dan and Dave (bukan c udin and adib), Fiddling Steve and also Adam Grace. Hehe, n c fiez jua yg bnyk menulung aku improvise some of my creations. So.. Yeah.

Yea, f501 is one of the craziest video ive ever seen. The display, double card spins n others are so awesome. No doubt they would win the contest. Ehe, udin n adib? Kirakn nama dan and dave dlm bhasa melayu lah tu. Jgn mrh adek~

i ve watch every cuso interview ..every one keep saying daren n kevin ho being their major influence
also decknique also important community who bring flourishing to the top

i was influenced by the dan and dave buck twins.. yes,they're the major pros!
my friend showed me the system trailer when she told me about flourishing and i was seriously impressed by those moves. hahaha.. =) i started off by buying random cheap decks from random supermarkets and searched from random tutorials on internet,doing 3 to 4 , 4 to 5 and 5 to 6 packets.. now,i'm choosing the qualities and getting better with practices and flourish. he he he. . . thanks dd.
