I think Muddy (or another guy) talked to me about this when I went there about.. 7 or 8 months ago. I never thought this project was ever going to be brought into action. Now, it is! I am very interested!
I would suggest that the filming commence around the Tutong Town first since the places there are quite relaxing.

Tutong Town, either di Hua Ho atau Tutong Central Mall. I would suggest Tutong Central Mall.
