Practise Practise!
Flourishing is dull when you are less motivated. Certain environment helps to boost one's performance. Talk about the music you listen to,finger excercises that you do before,during and after you flourish. Share the problems you face in practising,irregular hand sizes,sweaty hands etc. Time to get practising.

practically upon practiscing and repetition,we gain muscle memory naturally,and it gradually develops speed overtime. when i practise a move,the first thung that i do is remember the steps and parts. second,smoothen them,which particular part im stuck at,i'll try to improvise. what helps me throughout my practise and routines are the music i listen to. its usually ranged from death metal to nu metal. tho some songs do not fit in routines thus producing chaotic results lol...so preferrably use techno songs because they provide precise flow and beat to keep us pumping.

yeah .. im much into watching a flourish video to get a bit motivation or
watching a movie along so i dont have to push my self to much and have fun

i think meet ups work well for practices. take the singaporeans for example,there developed the art of cardistry at large thus several years they result in major kickass flourishing experiences that influenced noobs all over the globe.
